We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

All products are subject to availability. We may correct errors, update product information, change prices, or withdraw products at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed, amend, or cancel the order.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch your order.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We may cancel or decline an order where there is a pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, a product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where possible.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order where required.

5. Returns, refunds and defective items

The Little Light Collective does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, alteration, or breakage caused after delivery by the customer or another person.

This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The appropriate remedy depends on the nature and seriousness of the issue.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after identifying a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where possible. We may ask to inspect the product before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
